Outpatient Program (OP)

Outpatient programs at Recovery Ways Idaho provide individuals the opportunity to maintain their daily routines while receiving professional support for mental health and life’s challenges. Our outpatient services include counseling, medication management, community-based rehabilitation services (CBRS), and case management. This structure allows clients to build coping skills, apply them in real-world situations, and receive continued guidance from our clinical team. Because every person’s path to mental wellness is unique, we offer personalized treatment plans, flexible approaches, and collaborative goal-setting to ensure each individual’s needs are met.

Medication management at Recovery Ways Idaho is overseen by our in-clinic provider, a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), who is also training to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Working closely with primary therapists, our provider creates individualized medication plans that align with each person’s therapeutic goals and overall well-being, ensuring a truly integrated approach to mental health care.

What is a Outpatient Program (OP)?

Outpatient programs are designed for individuals seeking professional support for mental health concerns while maintaining their everyday responsibilities. Unlike inpatient care, where individuals reside at a facility, outpatient programs allow clients to receive ongoing treatment and guidance while staying connected to their communities and support networks. These programs offer a flexible and affordable option for those experiencing mild to moderate challenges in their daily lives.

Recovery Ways Idaho also provides in-clinic medication management with our provider, a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), who is currently training to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). In collaboration with primary therapists, clients receive personalized medication management plans designed to address their unique experiences and promote overall well-being.

At Recovery Ways Idaho, we offer a range of outpatient programs tailored to meet each individual’s needs and schedule. Our skilled treatment team provides comprehensive services, including mental health therapy, medication management, intensive outpatient programming (IOP), case management, and community-based rehabilitation services (CBRS). If you or someone you care about is seeking mental health support, our outpatient programs provide the professional care, flexibility, and compassion needed to take the next step toward lasting wellness.

What a Outpatient Program (OP) Can Do For Mental Health Disorders

Outpatient programs are a valuable resource for individuals managing mental health disorders. They provide a variety of services and support designed to help individuals improve their emotional well-being and cope with daily challenges. One of the main advantages of outpatient programs is their flexibility, as they do not require clients to stay overnight at a treatment facility. This allows individuals to continue living at home or in a supportive environment while receiving the care they need. Additionally, outpatient programs often include evidence-based therapies and interventions tailored to each person’s needs, such as individual therapy, group therapy, and medication management.
