What is Case Management?

Case management services provide valuable support to adults, adolescents, and children who need advocacy and help accessing or coordinating care. At Recovery Ways Idaho, our case managers work closely with clients to assess their needs and create personalized plans that address all areas of life, including physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. Case management may include coordinating resources such as therapy, support groups, medication management, and job training to ensure individuals have the tools they need to thrive.

Our case managers also serve as advocates, helping clients receive consistent and effective care across every part of their treatment. By taking this comprehensive approach, we aim to give each person the best opportunity for long-term stability, improved mental health, and a more fulfilling life.
